Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or products returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
